A growing technology‑led organisation is seeking a highly organised Commercial Coordinator to support its sales and commercial operations. This fully remote role is open to candidates based anywhere in Scotland, with quarterly trips to the company’s Aberdeen headquarters.
The role focuses on keeping commercial activity running smoothly rather than cold calling or hitting sales targets. You’ll manage the flow of opportunities through the sales process, maintain and update the CRM, prepare proposals, statements of work, pricing documents and contracts, and ensure customers receive timely, professional communication.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and progressing opportunities throughout the sales cycle
- Preparing proposals, statements of work, pricing packs and contract documents
- Maintaining accurate CRM data and supporting pipeline reporting
- Coordinating meetings, presentations and follow‑up actions
- Supporting renewal, upsell and cross‑sell activity
Working closely with marketing and customer success, you will help create a seamless journey from prospect to customer while continuously refining processes, templates and documentation.
The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple tasks at pace. Strong communication skills and confidence working alongside senior stakeholders are essential, along with the ability to produce polished commercial materials and work efficiently with CRM systems.
