A leading financial organisation is seeking a Colleague Change Administrator to join its HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to kickstart or grow their career in HR through a 6-month fixed-term contract, deemed inside IR35. The role is paid at £17.96 per hour via an umbrella company and follows a hybrid working model, with one day per month in-office at either the Glasgow or Gosforth hub.
This is a key administrative position within the HR function, requiring strong attention to detail, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to handle a high volume of work efficiently. You’ll be instrumental in supporting HR processes and ensuring effective coordination across teams and stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering clear, empathetic communication to colleagues and stakeholders.
- Issuing contract updates, pay-related communications, and employment documentation.
- Maintaining accurate personnel records and managing case workflows.
- Responding to queries and data requests within agreed timeframes.
- Supporting administrative tasks and contributing to process improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident in questioning inconsistencies and ensuring accuracy.
- Experience in fast-paced environments with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); experience with mail merges and report analysis is a plus.
- Great organisational and communication skills.
- SharePoint experience is a bonus but not essential.
