The Opportunity

As a CRM Associate, you'll work closely with clients and internal specialists to deliver engaging, data-driven CRM campaigns. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a blend of marketing, analysis, customer interaction, and project coordination.

You'll gain exposure to leading CRM technologies, work on campaigns for recognised brands, and develop valuable expertise in customer engagement, lifecycle marketing, campaign strategy, and marketing analytics.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery and optimisation of CRM campaigns for a portfolio of clients.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Build and update email campaigns using intuitive campaign-building tools.
  • Assist with customer segmentation, targeting, and campaign strategy.
  • Support client onboarding, migration, and project implementation activities.
  • Collaborate with a range of internal stakeholders to ensure successful client outcomes.

 

What We're Looking For

  • Degree educated, studying towards a degree, or possess relevant CRM/marketing experience.
  • Experience in a customer-facing, client services, account management, or consulting environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine interest in CRM, marketing technology, customer engagement, and data-driven decision making.

 

Desirable

  • Experience using CRM or email marketing platforms.
  • Understanding of lifecycle marketing and customer retention strategies.
  • Basic HTML knowledge.
  • Photoshop or creative design experience.
