Be-Resourcing is working in partnership with a leading Higher Education organisation to recruit a Digital Learning Technologist on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The organisation is currently undertaking a major transition to a new virtual learning environment. This role will play a central part in supporting that change, working closely with academic staff to provide guidance, encourage adoption of new approaches, and help ensure a smooth and consistent rollout across the institution.
Sitting within a dedicated Learning Transformation function, the role focuses on supporting digital learning across the university. You will act as a key point of contact for academic colleagues, responding to queries, providing advice on digital learning tools and approaches, and supporting the effective use of learning technologies.
You will be responsible for managing and prioritising a wide range of enquiries, recommending practical, solution-focused approaches, and escalating more complex issues where required. The role also involves working closely with internal teams to help maintain a consistent and high-quality digital learning experience for both staff and students.
This opportunity would suit someone with experience supporting digital learning environments or educational technologies, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-specialist audiences.
