Reporting to the Director of Talent, Learning & Culture, you will lead the development and delivery of initiatives that enhance employee engagement, culture, inclusion, wellbeing and internal communications. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the firm, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional employee experience and ensuring the people strategy supports wider business objectives.

The Role

As Head of People & Culture, you will provide strategic leadership across a broad range of people initiatives, using employee insight and data to influence decision-making and drive continuous improvement. You will lead a high-performing team and work closely with colleagues across HR and the wider business to deliver impactful programmes that strengthen organisational culture, engagement and performance.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the employee experience agenda across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Developing and embedding initiatives that enhance culture, engagement and organisational effectiveness.
  • Driving diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging strategies across the firm.
  • Leading wellbeing programmes that support employee performance, engagement and retention.
  • Overseeing employee listening and feedback initiatives, ensuring insights translate into meaningful action.
  • Developing and delivering people communications and engagement strategies that strengthen connection and alignment across the organisation.
  • Partnering with senior leaders to support business transformation and cultural change initiatives.
  • Using people data and analytics to measure success and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Leading, coaching and developing the People & Culture team.

About You

We're keen to hear from experienced HR, People & Culture, Employee Experience or Organisational Development leaders who have successfully delivered large-scale culture, engagement and inclusion initiatives within complex organisations.

You will be a commercially minded leader with exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at senior executive level. You'll combine strategic thinking with a practical, delivery-focused approach and have a proven track record of driving people initiatives that create a measurable impact on organisational performance and employee experience.

Experience within a law firm, professional services or partnership-led environment would be advantageous, although applications from candidates with transferable experience gained within similarly complex organisations are encouraged.

What's on Offer

This is an opportunity to join a highly respected international law firm where people, culture and employee experience are genuine strategic priorities. You'll work closely with senior leadership, influence firm-wide initiatives and play a key role in shaping an environment where people can thrive, develop and perform at their best.
