Be-Resourcing is excited to present a fantastic new role with our client, a tech-focused, global legal services firm as a HR Senior Workforce Analytics Analyst, on a hybrid basis (50/50) at their Bristol office.

About the Role:

Are you passionate about turning data into meaningful insights that drive real change? This is a high-impact opportunity for a technically skilled and insight-driven Senior Workforce Analytics Analyst to join a growing HR Reporting & Analytics team.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to translate complex HR requirements into intelligent reporting solutions; leveraging tools like Power BI, Workday, and Excel.

A key focus of the role is supporting Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives and helping shape how people data informs strategic decisions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support workforce planning and DEI strategies.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Use tools such as Power BI, Workday, and Excel to build scalable, user-friendly reporting solutions.
  • Promote data literacy and support a culture of evidence-based decision-making within HR.

 

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience transforming people data, especially DEI-related data, into actionable insights.
  • Strong background in Workday or similar HR systems.
  • Proficiency in Power BI or other self-service BI tools.
  • Advanced Excel skills and solid analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
