My London based client are currently looking to hire an experience Product Manager within the Legal Tech division to join the team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to support with the implementation of a number of Legal tools and to help to lead the firms technical direction within the Legal team. You will be responsible for owning meaningful business transformation, working with key business stakeholders to drive adoption and best practice within the business.
Responsibilities for this role will include:
- Leading the adoption of new legal technology and tools
- Creating and owning the strategic roadmap for the Legal Tech team and defining targets and measures of success for the business
- Using data to manage adoption and measure ROI and overall effectiveness
- Manage adoption processes including training, user enablement and overall implementation
- Work with users to gain real time feedback and implement fixes and changes as needed
- Manage external and internal suppliers to realise the strategic roadmap for all products
- Ensure all platforms are in line with all risk ad governance frameworks
- Contribute to testing and pilot programmes and roll outs as needed
- Work with technical delivery teams to ensure seamless integration into the business
- Collaborate with practice groups to scope requirements and manage stakholder expectations
- Manage client facing interactions including training and user base comms
- Contribute to bid and tender processes
Relevant experience for this role includes:
- Significant experience within change management within legal technology or the legal sector
- Experience of indepth stakeholder management and engagement
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Experience of running training workshops for both internal and external stakeholders
- Experience of full product lifecycle including project scoping and planning
