Our client, a leading international law firm, is looking for a Legal Project Analyst to join their London office on a hybrid (50/50) basis. This exciting new role is focused on improving collaboration across business services, streamlining processes, and delivering data-driven insights that enhance client relationships.
About the Role:
By developing a deeper understanding of end-user needs and aligning processes and data accordingly, this position will help deliver more efficient ways of working, actionable insights, and tools that support lawyers in delivering legal matters and strengthening client relationships.
The firm is seeking a proactive individual who can collaborate across multiple teams to understand functional requirements and ensure these align with business priorities, lawyer needs, and client expectations. The successful candidate will capture and map processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide clear, practical recommendations to simplify and streamline operations. Building stakeholder buy-in will be key, as will supporting the development, rollout, and adoption of solutions. A strong emphasis will be placed on delivering measurable outcomes, with end-user adoption being critical to success.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders, including facilitating workshops, to uncover priorities, challenges, and opportunities for improving systems and processes.
- Collect and analyse data to identify trends and insights that inform better ways of working and shape solutions for key projects.
- Contribute to the design of technical and process solutions that meet business needs and programme objectives.
- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholder groups to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and processes to support project delivery and measure effectiveness.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of project milestones and outcomes.
- Create feedback mechanisms to monitor adoption and continuously improve solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in business analysis, change, and transformation within professional services or legal environments.
- Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel (data manipulation), and process mapping tools (Visio). PowerBI experience is a plus.
- Degree (or equivalent) and excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working in a partnership culture and managing multiple priorities.
