Sales Executive - IT Services (Software Testing & Cybersecurity)

We’re looking for a Junior Sales Executive to join our client, a global technology services provider delivering solutions that enhance the quality, security and reliability of digital products and systems. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving sales of premium IT services, covering software testing and cybersecurity to some of the most innovative and fast-moving companies in the consumer electronics space.

This permanent position will be linked to one of the Bristol, Glasgow, or Birmingham offices and is offering a competitive salary with on-target earnings (OTE) of around £60K, and the chance to work with cutting-edge technology solutions in a high-growth industry.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with early B2B sales experience who wants to develop into a consultative, solution-selling role. You’ll start by managing and growing existing accounts while learning the ropes of new business development, setting you up for long-term success. 

 

What You’ll Do

  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in consumer electronics organisations across the UK and Europe.
  • Identify opportunities to expand accounts and introduce new services.
  • Work closely with technical teams to shape tailored solutions for client needs.
  • Keep your pipeline organised and accurate using CRM tools.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in software testing and cybersecurity to position yourself as a trusted advisor.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in tech, IT services, or consulting.
  • A proactive, ambitious mindset with a passion for learning and growth.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with confidence engaging technical decision-makers.
  • Proven track record of new business development and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with software testing, QA, or cybersecurity concepts is a strong advantage.
  • Experience selling to manufacturing or consumer electronics companies is highly desirable.
  • If you have experience working with internationally distributed organisations, that will be a strong advantage.
