  • Support the development of a robust controls and risk management framework for global payroll
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of benefits processing, including reporting and reconciliations
  • Manage and resolve payroll and benefits-related escalations
  • Maintain compliance with UK payroll legislation and benefits-related regulations
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure data accuracy and audit readiness
  • Collaborate with the reward team to ensure pay-related benefits are processed correctly via payroll
  • Continuously review and improve processes

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in UK payroll
  • Expertise in complex payroll issues such as share-based compensation and non-exempt pay
  • Solid understanding of payroll compliance, accounting and HR processes
  • Experience working in a large organisation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in payroll systems, HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office

What’s in it for you?

  • A 3-month contract with a day rate of £350–£370
  • Hybrid working with flexibility on location
  • Opportunity to work with a collaborative and experienced team
  • A chance to make a meaningful impact in a high-performing organisation
