Be-Resourcing are assisting a fast-growing, internationally operating SaaS business in their search for a Senior Product Specialist / Account Manager. This organisation provides a specialist digital platform for arts and cultural organisations, combining website CMS, ticketing integrations and marketing tools to help them grow audiences and improve digital performance.
This is a client-facing, strategic role offering a salary of £40,000–£50,000, with fully remote working across the UK and regular opportunities for international travel.
You’ll act as a trusted partner to clients, supporting them from onboarding through to long-term account growth. The role combines relationship management, product expertise, consultancy and project coordination – helping organisations move beyond traditional web projects and fully adopt a platform-led approach that evolves over time. You’ll work closely with clients across the UK and internationally, with travel to sites, workshops and industry events across the US, Europe and Australia.
What You’ll Do:
- Onboard and support new clients
- Build and manage long-term customer relationships
- Lead client check-ins, planning sessions and strategic conversations
- Provide guidance on platform usage, digital best practice and workflows
- Identify opportunities for account growth and additional services
What They’re Looking For:
- Background in Account Management, Customer Success, or digital delivery
- Experience within a web/digital agency, SaaS or product-led environment
- Strong understanding of websites, CMS platforms and digital journeys
- Confident managing client relationships and leading discussions
- Commercially aware with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Nice to have: experience within arts & culture, events, or ticketing
