Digital Training Content Creator

We’re working with a valued client who is looking for a Digital Training Content Creator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to design and deliver impactful digital learning experiences that support organisational growth and innovation. This role is operating on a hybrid basis from East Kilbride, paying circa £30,000 - £35,000. 

 

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and developers to create engaging digital training content, ranging from eLearning modules and videos to interactive Walk-Thrus and quizzes. They’ll also play a key role in maintaining and evolving the client’s digital learning platforms.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain digital training content aligned with product updates and release notes.
  • Create eLearning modules, instructional videos, quizzes, and smart Walk-Thrus using tools like WalkMe and Camtasia.
  • Ensure all content meets branding, accessibility, and quality standards.
  • Manage content within the clients Learning Management Systems, and contribute to the development of the Learning Academy.
  • Support client training needs in collaboration with onboarding and support teams.

 

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in digital content creation or instructional design.
  • Skilled in eLearning development tools and multimedia editing software.
  • Strong communication and project management abilities.
  • Bonus: Experience in insolvency or interactive learning solutions.
