Be-Resourcing is delighted to present an exciting opportunity for a Management Accountant to join a well-established and mission-driven charity based in Stirlingshire.
This is a fantastic role for a finance professional who thrives in a hands-on environment and is ready to take ownership of a broad range of duties. You’ll play a key role in supporting strategic planning, managing day-to-day financial operations and ensuring compliance across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development of the annual budget and five-year financial strategy.
- Produce monthly management accounts and monitor income/expenditure against budget.
- Prepare financial reports for designated and restricted funds, including project funding.
- Monitor cashflow and ensure financial sustainability.
- Prepare annual accounts and coordinate the independent annual audit.
- Complete quarterly partial exemption VAT returns.
- Liaise with external payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely salary payments.
- Oversee relationships with fulfilment service providers.
- Maintain records of sales, stock, and financial performance.
- Provide financial statements and reporting as required.
- Assist with regulatory returns and updates to relevant bodies.
- Maintain and review financial policies and procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a finance role, ideally within the charity or not-for-profit sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with senior stakeholders.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach.
