You will be central to preparing high-quality, compliant reports, assisting with annual review packs and cashflow modelling, and providing crucial support during client meetings. Additionally, you will play a role in mentoring junior team members and supporting client service strategies, fostering a collaborative and supportive work atmosphere.
- Experience as a Paraplanner within a Financial Planning environment
- Level 4 Diploma (CII or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of advice processes, governance, and regulation
- Proficiency with systems such as Xplan or similar
