This permanent role offers an exciting opportunity for a qualified solicitor with substantial experience in risk management within an international commercial law environment. The successful candidate will play a vital part in supporting the firm’s strategic approach to regulatory, compliance, and professional risks. You will be responsible for responding to compliance queries, advising on risk and regulatory issues, assisting with internal audits, and delivering training to ensure firm-wide understanding of risk policies. Your expertise will help shape and uphold the firm's risk management framework, fostering a compliant and resilient working environment.
- Qualified lawyer with at least 5 years PQE in a high-calibre legal environment
- Knowledge of the SRA Code of Conduct and experience in contract review
- Proven ability to interpret legislation, deliver clear advice, and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong research and analytical skills to support risk assessments, audits, and investigations
- Experience in compliance procedures, data protection, and regulatory risk management
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle complex queries diplomatically
