Paraplanner

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Paraplanner to join our client's team on a permanent basis, based in Edinburgh. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with advisers within a leading Welath Management firm, supporting their advisers with a broad range of technical expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality technical support, preparing suitability reports, and assisting in annual reviews, all ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to high-net-worth clients. This role requires a professional who is proficient in various areas of financial planning and wealth management, comfortable working collaboratively in a hybrid environment.

  • Proven experience in Wealth Management, Private Client services, Discretionary portfolios, and Financial Planning
  • Strong report writing skills, including suitability letters and annual reviews
  • Experience with a broad range of technical areas within financial planning
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid office setting, supporting advisers remotely
  • Motivated, highly organised, and proactive with excellent communication skills
  • Strong team player, capable of collaborating within a dynamic team environment
  • Knowledgeable (not a Trainee), capable of delivering high-quality technical support without the need for Chartered status
