Be-Resourcing is delighted to present an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Assistant to join a market-leading organisation based in Stirling.
This is a fantastic role for someone with payroll experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working in a collaborative, detail-oriented team. You’ll play a key role in supporting the accurate and timely processing of payroll, while also contributing to wider administrative and HR-related tasks.
This is a full-time, on-site position with working hours of Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation and processing of weekly payroll for a large workforce
- Ensure all payroll data is accurate, complete, and submitted on time
- Liaise with internal departments to gather and verify payroll-related information
- Handle adjustments such as statutory payments, overtime, and allowances
- Maintain payroll records and assist with reporting for audits and internal reviews
- Respond to employee queries and resolve payroll-related issues promptly
- Assist with HR administration and ensure compliance with data confidentiality
- Contribute to continuous improvement of payroll processes and systems
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a payroll or similar administrative role
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Respect for confidentiality and sensitive information
