Be-Resourcing is partnering with a forward-thinking Law firm to find a talented Programme Manager to establish and lead a new PMO from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity for a proactive, strategic professional to influence key stakeholders and shape the project governance framework. The role involves setting up the PMO’s core processes, aligning project delivery with organisational goals, and providing insights that support decision-making at senior levels. While previous experience in a legal or professional services environment is preferred, candidates from operational or strategic project backgrounds will also be considered. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, capable of influencing across various teams and leadership levels, and able to implement best practices from scratch.
- Proven experience in establishing and managing a PMO, ideally at a senior or lead level.
- Strong influence and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with senior leadership and partners.
- Background in legal, professional services, or operational/strategic projects.
- Ability to develop and implement project governance frameworks from initial concept.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills.
- Experience working in a hybrid environment with at least one day a week on-site, flexible for business needs.
- Open to candidates with a track record of delivering complex projects across various industries.
