We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Employment Lawyer at either Associate or Senior Associate level to join a leading team based in Edinburgh or Glasgow. This is a permanent position within a highly regarded global legal firm, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and expanding employment law practice. The role involves advising a diverse range of commercial clients, including well-known FTSE 100 companies, on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. You will be involved in a variety of work, from day-to-day employment advice, corporate and real estate transactions, to tribunal and court litigation. Additionally, the role encompasses complex matters such as restructuring, redundancies, TUPE, investigations, and strategic projects aligned with legal compliance. - Experienced employment lawyer with 2+ PQE, capable of handling both contentious and non-contentious work
